hey, I’m dale! I was born and raised in Austin, Texas, and began my riding journey full time in July of 2020. I have a ton of hobbies and interests, yet nothing has motivated me the way riding and trail building has. the sport integrates nicely into my other passions like graphic design, photography and videography, and even landscaping. I am an Auditor by day despite my education in Computer Aided Design and Engineering. I call South Austin home and have my entire life; Some of South Austin Trail Network used to be my backyard and playground as a kid, So it is nice to say that they still are!

My goal for MTBATX is to create an informative online resource for the sport in Central Texas, and to stoke your passion for the sport with sweet local content. Beyond this you will find me, riding, digging, or advocating for new trail and funding for trails.
