Best Side Trails

Best Side Trails is a private dirt jump skills park founded by @Gray_Place and supported by donations from the community. In early 2022 the location underwent a complete overhaul with new lines shaped by none other than Will Blount. Again in 2023, a major overhaul and this park is now a sight to behold. There is a whale tail, a couple of booters, a few wall rides, a hitching post, and three different jump lines of varying size and skill.

Access is at the property owner’s discretion, and a waiver is required before any riding takes place. Volunteering labor or donations are a good way to gain access.

Rules at Best Side Trails

Please read before heading to the trails. We all have @motoxderek331 to thank for the water.

1. Do not enter property if wind is 20 mph or more.
2. Do not enter property if we have had moderate rain within last 24 hours. There are some pretty large tire ruts, which only occur if the ground is too wet.
3. Please leave carpets on landings if riding a MTB.
4. Please sweep and lightly water pits, even if you leave carpets on.
5. If you pull carpets, you are responsible for placing them back on properly. All berms, lips, and landings must be carpeted before leaving property.
6. If you pull carpets, please use the soft broom to sweep off loose dirt and leaves.
7. Water entire riding surface. If you over water, please wait 10 minutes before riding. Please make sure water spigot is in it’s closed positioned after filling up water cans.
8. It’s extra nice to get one shovel of the remaining good dirt and then sweep it up/down each lip and landing after watering.
9. Again, if you pull carpets off to ride, you are responsible for putting them back on.

This is part of riding trails. Please do not ride these lines like it’s a downhill mtb park.
